Zoho Desk offers a comprehensive suite of features to streamline our customer support operations. We particularly appreciate the robust ticketing system, which helps us efficiently track and resolve customer issues. Additionally, the integration with our CRM system has significantly improved our ability to manage customer interactions and provide personalized support.
What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?
As a relatively new user, we haven't encountered any major drawbacks with Zoho Desk.
What problems is Zoho Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing Zoho Desk, we relied on a paper-based system and email for customer support. This approach was inefficient and often led to delays in issue resolution. With Zoho Desk, we've transitioned to a centralized, web-based platform that allows us to:
